TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Non-Refundable Fee: The Participation Fee of ₹4,999/- (+ GST). is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to absence, withdrawal, or disqualification of the participant.
Finality of Decisions: The decisions made by the selectors, management, and organizing committee shall be final, binding, and not subject to any challenge or appeal.
Image and Video Usage: By registering for the Trials/Tournament, the participant grants Servotech Sports an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use their name, image, likeness, and performance footage for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice or compensation.
Goodies: Participants shall receive complimentary goodies as per the discretion of the organizer. No request for exchange or substitution of goodies shall be entertained.
ID Proof Requirement: Participants must carry valid government-issued photo identification on the day of the trial. Failure to provide the same may result in disqualification.
Travel and Accommodation: Participants shall bear all expenses related to travel, accommodation, food, and other incidental costs.
Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servotech Sports, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Trials/Tournament, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or property loss.
Code of Conduct: Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or breach of rules by the participant shall result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Trial Schedule: Servotech Sports reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the Trials/Tournament at its sole discretion. In such an event, the liability of Servotech Sports shall be limited to notifying participants at the earliest.
Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by Servotech Sports. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification without any refund of the registration fee.
Confidentiality: Any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the Trials/Tournament by Servotech Sports must not be shared, copied, or distributed by participants without prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Trials/Tournament shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
